Գրքի անգլերեն անունը տպագրված է հայերեն տիտղոսաթերթի դարձերեսում։ Սկզբի VIII էջերում առաջաբանն է միայն անգլերեն՝ «To the reader», Ավետ Ջնթլումյանի ստորագրությամբ։1-ին էջում անգլերեն տիտղոսատն է A confession of the Armenian Christian faith and the order, for the ordinary of the Mass with morning and evening players... Նույն էջի դարձերեսից հայերեն բնագիրն է «Դաւանութիւն ուղղափառ հաւատոյ» վերնագրով, հաջորդ էջում անգլերենը և այսպես մինչև վերջ։ 31-32, 44-45, 64-65, 77-78, 94-95 էջերի միջև 8-10-ական էջ, իսկ վերջում 28 էջ ձեռագիր աղոթքներ են գրքի հետ միասին կազմված։
